Happy Birthday Taurus - Earning an income from more than one source is a viable option for you now. Just make sure that any communications associated with those positions is clean, clear and examines both sides of every situation. You want to be as certain as possible that you miss nothing. But, everything rates at least a precursory look. Also remember that just because an option doesn’t exactly fit your idea of what is necessary doesn’t mean that it won’t be necessary down the road. Stay aware as to why some things come to you even though they don’t fit your expectations. The universe sometimes works in an undisclosed fashion. Right now you may have a lot of support from others but just not recognize it.

Examine your motivations for your desires. If you are reacting to a challenge or feel the need to “prove someone wrong” you may put yourself in an untenable situation. You must leave them and yourself a “place to stand” otherwise you will have to “eat a lot of crow” before you can come back to peace in the relationship. Why do you want what you want? Is your heart talking to you or are you just listening to the chatter of others reinforcing your need to feel secure? Might they be jealous or afraid that you may become successful and they might have to learn to deal with you differently? Many times following your heart is not what others expect or wish for you. They may also not have the courage to be different by not following the “status quo.” The majority may be where your survival and material support comes from but the path less traveled may be where you find the most peace and creativity. This is a very hard choice and everyone has to face it sometime. If you “sell out” at least be clear as to why you’re doing it.

When you invest in the resources of others you will gain the best support. Choose who you support carefully. How do you feel about what they’re doing? If you do the same thing will you respect yourself at the end of the day? The “carrot” on a string can become a prison that’s self constructed. Life for you right now, Taurus, is a compromise. What will you have to sacrifice to “get” what you want? Life is not just about your tangible resources. This is a major Taurean theme. Consider carefully.

Watch what you say. Some of the most unexpected things will pop out of your mouth before you realize it. Some people call these Freudian slips. They have a place in the larger scheme of things. It’s your unconscious attempting to clear the way for a change. The watching is not advised in a sense of censoring but of recognizing what it is that’s coming out of your unconscious. This will give you tremendous insight as to what drives you and why.

Traditional issues and family responsibilities have really been difficult for you for the last two tears. You may have found that as of April 19th the pressure seems to have lifted a bit. Take it as a sign that you’re nearing the end of the ordeal. By the beginning of September the changes should be completed. Make sure your family rapport is where you want it to be by that time. You’ll have a lot more difficulty changing it if you don’t.
Lastly, be of service to your abilities and your personal needs more than to your bank account. In the long run you will find that your health and well being will be needed more as your direction shifts down a more unexpected path. Especially, after September.
