Capricorn Monthly Horoscope for Birthdays

Happy Birthday Capricorn - Many things have been shifting for you ever since 2009 when Pluto moved into Capricorn. The effects have been nebulous since Pluto’s transit doesn’t change anything directly. He has had the effect of shifting the ground under everything in your life making it necessary to constantly adjust your “stance.” In May, June and July of last year career issues and home environment issues began to shift. In August the home issues seemed to abate but the career issues persisted. Currently, who you come across as in your career stressfully crosses paths with whom and what you’d like to be seen as. You find yourself doing things you thought you’d never have to concede to just to maintain a “proper” image in the eyes of those surrounding you. Exacerbating the problem is the direction that your close relationships are progressing in also. They seem to challenge your sense of security by requiring you to nurture those near and dear to you in ways that you’re not familiar with. Rather than “following the rules” which you have always done, use your intuition in determining what’s best for you and those close to you. It is required that tradition take a back seat to compassion and you must capitulate if you want to remain connected to those surrounding you who are going through a very rough time surviving. At this point it’s more important to do what feeling has oriented rather than following any prescribed “structure” that your upbringing has dictated. Unfortunately, this goes totally against your personal grain. This will finally come to a head in the end of February if you can stabilize the emotional security issues concerning you and those close to you.

In a more positive vein, you have tremendous organizational skills available to you now. Your projection is intense and you can help others to gain a sense of direction through the way you pragmatically process things. Just remember to keep your finger on the pulse of how those surrounding you respond to your prompts. They may be a bit hesitant and fearful of following what you encourage. They may need a little “push start” to get moving. Don’t be shy. Playing “both sides of the fence” is a bit foreign to you but can be a magnificent learning experience.

In the fourth week of January things should begin to move a bit faster. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row. In the third week of March you’ll have a couple of curves thrown at you, seemingly, out of the blue but if you remember back to May of last year you’ll see that the incoming circumstances are only a resurgence of things that had already presented themselves and then and faded away in the middle of August. They will present opportunities to move…your career, your home or both. Examine your options now so you are prepared when opportunity knocks. This is an exciting and opportune time for you if you can remain open and prepared for the unexpected.
