Happy Birthday Capricorn - This year has been one of heavy background changes dating all the way back to November of 2008. The perception of change will be that the landscape or environment has gone through a shift. This slow metamorphosis will continue for many years. You have found that using the old methods for navigating no longer have the same effect. As of this last August, opportunities for adaptation have presented themselves. If you have taken advantage of them, you probably feel as if you are in a good space. If you have been heavily conservative, you may be finding that you are still in a difficult position

If you’re not clear what you want to do just now, be patient. Just after Christmas Day your options will become clear to you.

It also may feel like your sensitivities have been being challenged all through this year. You have been becoming more aware of the needs of others. Responsibilities may not be the only aspect of life that must be accomplished; for you or them. Your may feel that your compassion is getting in the way of your ambitions. This time is an opportunity to take care of those responsibilities but with an allowance for the needs of others. This may not be part of your current personality and nature, however, it is something that you must address. In doing so, you will be aligning yourself with the changing environment, addressed above, leading to personal growth and awareness. Take advantage of the opportunity. In the long run it will lead to more open doors than your past attitude of only addressing the tangible necessities.

The last week in May may hold a move in your career and/or your residence. Begin addressing this possibility now, if you can, and when the time comes you will be able to move with ease. Be wary. The change may be a sudden one. It will also require you to operate in an independent manner. Your usual resources may not be available to you. Look for innovative options.

If you have been have a feeling of a building oversensitivity to people and the circumstances around you, you can look forward to the 21st where the intensity will begin to diminish.

Lastly, the resources and acquaintances on the job are shifting. Go with the flow and don’t buck the system as it morphs. If you keep your head and adjust with the change, you will remain after the smoke has cleared.
